1. Within 30 days of receipt, return us any unsatisfied PINN cross stitch kit in its original condition together with its original packing, packing slip, accessories and invoice

2. Simply indicate the reason for your return. Here please indicate your order number

3. Wrap the package securely. Attach the return label on the front of your packing slip and ship to the following address:
