you mail me a catalog?

don't have a printed catalog. Printed catalogs are expensive
to print and always out of date. The web site is our catalog,
fully up to date with our designs. You will find it easy
to search our online catalog both by categories and by 'keyword
search'

are payment options?

you complete your order, you'll be asked for your name,
address and credit card number. PINN-stitch.com uses Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to send your credit card
number to our computer. SSL sends your number in an encrypted
code. This information is then sent to a credit card payment
processor to validate the name, address and credit card
number - in much the same way that restaurants and stores
handle your purchases. Your encrypted credit card information
are then stored in a highly protected computer. After your
merchandise has been shipped to you, your credit card will
be charged. While we can keep track of your name and address
from one order to the next, you will have to provide your
credit card number each time you order from PINN-stitch.com.
Your Order Form, including your encrypted credit card number,
are then archived in a highly protected computer. The credit
card information cannot be accessed for future purchases.

orders will be shipped out and handled at free of charge
via regular airmail service by Communication Authority of
