Mermaid Heaven

Mermaid Heaven is one of a masterpiece series that reflects the timeless elegance created by Saifhon B., PINN 's chief designer. She created this for Mothers Day 2000 to express the deepest love and relationship between mother and child through the portrait of a beautiful mermaid and her lovely daughter.

The mermaid, a beautiful girl to her waist but a fish from the waist down, has been a favorite creature of legend and romance for centuries in folklore, legends and fairy tales. It is an ancient and widespread figure crossing cultures, continents and time. Images of this creature have challenged artists and writers in their efforts to bring to life its mysterious beauty.

The mermaid of tradition is a dangerous enchantress who personifies the beauty and treachery of the sea, and especially of the rocks of the coastline. Some tales tell of kindhearted beauties desiring only to introduce their lovers to the ecstasy of the deep. You can feel the tender touch of salty soft breeze blowing her seaweed long hair. Saifhon's sweet benevolent mermaid and her little mermaid look serene in the ocean far away.
